As many other software editors, the whole Antelink team – from development and accounting to the CEO – follows the Agile software development methodology. We are happy Scrum adepts!
To organize and manage our workflow and to keep an easy way to know where we are, we use post-its to illustrate each stage of our current work. Usually, post-its are displayed on a large whiteboard, but ours is always scribbled with many ideas, drawings, schema, ... We prefer to use the grey cupboard, on which we can write with whiteboard markers!
Also, the scrum methodology suggests exposing the board on a room where team members are supposed to meet. The choice of the place wasn't a big issue: we do all work in the same big room! Then every morning, we have a little meeting about the current work and we move the post-its according to the 4-state process (to do, in progress, pending or done).
For the last weeks, we were suspicious about our post-its wall... Actually we believe our post-its move by themselves! We don't know if it's a joke -not really funny- from one of the Antelink team members or if a ghost wants to laugh at us... Maybe they are alive!
To be sure we decided to record the post-its blackboard last night.
And guess what we discovered... Be strong we know it's a little scary, but this is the truth...
