Description:

Antelink, une jeune entreprise innovante au sein de Paris, cherche un stagiaire pour mettre au point son site web et faire évoluer l'intégration des différents outils web. En tant que stagiaire vous devrez maintenir et faire évoluer notre installation Drupal, modifier nos templates (standard Drupal), et préparer la documentation pour le reste de l’équipe (idéalement en anglais). Vous participerez aussi aux efforts pour intégrer la base d'utilisateur Drupal avec différents outils développés en interne (CRM, Gestion d'utilisateurs...) .

Duration: 3 à 6 mois

Description:

Antelink mantient à jour Antepedia, la plus grosse base de connaissance de projects open source au monde. Elle stocke environ un million de projects, 500 million de fichiers et 33 To de données. L'équipe Antelink mantient une armée de robots d'indexation qui pêchent sur le net quotidiennement et qui alimentent Antepedia avec des milliers de nouveaux projets. Durant ce stage, votre mission sera de nous aider à maintenir nos robots d'indexation et en créer des nouveaux qui exploreront des nouvelles sources de projets open source.

Durée : 6 mois

Durant ce stage, votre mission sera de nous aider à améliorer l'expérience utilisateur de nos applications Java ainsi que d'en développer des nouvelles. Nous utilisons des outils tels que Eclipse, Intellij IDEA, Maven et Git.

Antelink maintains and keeps up to date Antepedia, the world's largest Knowledge Base of open source projects. It stores over a million projects, 500 million files, and 33 Tb of data. The Antelink team maintains an army of spiders that daily crawls the web and Antepedia with thousands of new projects. In this internship, your mission will be to help us maintain our spiders and create new ones that will exploit new sources of open source projects. Our tools include, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven and Git.

Duration: 6 months

Marketing and Business Development Internship

 

Job Description: 

Antelink, a software vendor specializing in Software Life Cycle Management and Open Source Component Detection, is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Intern

This role's main focus is to work on both the Company's and our Client's Social Media content and sites. This includes tracking, updating, customizing, designing, and posting content on Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Websites and Blogs. 

Additionally, this role assists in promoting the company and our clients by organizing and attending events, conferences call, meetings, working with press for public relations campaigns, designing new marketing concepts and materials. 

All those marketing actions will be fully supported by our internal CRM system, where we can specify target list, dedicated messages and marketing campaigns. 

This is a paid position (according to experience and skills) for a 3/6 months intership where you work with us as a team. Interns are given important client work and responsibilities, along with training and supervision to gain impressive new skills that will make them valuable in the marketplace and inside our company. 

This position works directly with the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ph.D. from University Paris 7, and who has been an early adopter of open source with a particular focus on innovative technologies. You will also work with other team members, including Chief Operating Officer, Product Manager, blog writers, web designers, project managers, to provide and/or learn about the Social Media, Marketing, and Business Consulting Services we provide to our clients. 

We are located in the center of Paris, near Place de la Republique. 

The ideal candidate enjoys and spends time on Social Media and Internet platforms. You do not need to have profiles on each sites, however you must enjoy the concepts, as we will train you how to use them for business marketing and pres sales operations. 

We work together as a team to see everything is accomplished and the goal is that your hard work will be rewarded with new higher level projects or opportunities within the company. 

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

- Updating company and clients Blog and Websites

- Linkedin, Twitter Postings and monitoring

- Online directory listing updates

- Event planning, promotion and attending networking events

- Press Releases and interacting with Blogs, Print Magazines and Newspapers

- Designing new company marketing materials

- Email Marketing campaigns (Constant Contact and Vertical Response)

- Working with other team members who include graphic designers, content writers, web developers, and other professionals

- Updating clients on the status of their projects

- Maintaining accurate project status updates in our CRM system 

Minimum Requirements: 

- Savvy communicator with impeccable interpersonal skills; outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills

- Understanding of and passion for technology, Social Media and Internet Research

- Proficient Skills or ability to quickly learn to use our CRM system (SugarCRM)

- Strong commitment to principles of excellent customer service

- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing/competing priorities, able to manage multiple demands

- Enjoys learning, open minded, and continually seeking new ways to grow personally and professionally
